Automated technology performs document structure and integrity checks, looking for inconsistent formatting, suspicious alterations, image manipulation indicators and structural anomalies.
Verify
Information is checked against available issuer, registry or authorized sources where applicable. Where issuer confirmation is available, we seek it directly from the issuing organization.
Review
Additional human review may be performed depending on the verification level. Authorized reviewers assess findings, add notes and request more information where needed.
Report
Receive a verification result and a unique Verification ID. Where eligible, a QR code links to a secure public verification page.
Verification Outcomes
Verification outcomes reflect the methodology and information available at the time of review. Automated analysis does not constitute definitive proof of fraud or authenticity.

Issuer Confirmed
The issuing organization or authorized source confirmed the credential.
Verification Completed
The verification process was completed with the available methods.

The verification is in progress and awaiting further checks.

Inconsistencies were identified that require attention.
Verification Declined
The verification was declined based on the findings.
