Privacy Policy

GlobalDoc Verify is designed around privacy. Because users may submit sensitive documentation, we apply controlled document access, restricted visibility and privacy-by-design principles throughout the platform.

We process the information you provide when submitting a verification request, including your name, email, country, document type, issuing organization and the uploaded document itself. We also process verification activity data for audit purposes.

Uploaded documents are not publicly searchable. Document access is restricted to authorized users and reviewers involved in the verification. Sensitive personal information is not exposed through QR verification pages.

Administrators can configure document retention periods and automatic deletion policies. Verification records and audit trails are retained according to these configurable settings.

Access to documents and verification records is governed by role-based permissions. User access is logged, providing visibility into who accessed what and when.
