GlobalDoc Verify does not guarantee that any document is authentic. Automated analysis does not constitute definitive proof of fraud or authenticity. Where issuer confirmation is unavailable, the result clearly states the limitations.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and obtaining appropriate consent before submitting documents for verification. You confirm you have the right to submit any document you provide to the platform.

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent documents, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.

GlobalDoc Verify provides assessment services, not legal determinations. We are not liable for decisions made based on verification reports. Users remain responsible for their own compliance and decision-making.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
